VCM Training

It's Friday here in Salvo, NC.   I got up at 6 and went through my stretching and resistance training, abbreviated as is it without my home equipment.  Still, I got some good work and it will suffice until I get back home.  Then I took a short (4.5 mile) slow run with my friend Tup.  That got my week's mileage up to 40 miles.  Very nice progress with 5 weeks 2 days to go.

Tomorrow & Sunday are travel days.  Monday I'll be back in the home gym and maybe on the golf course.

Counting down the days.  We'll be ready!
