Ski all day
No running today. No resistance training today. A day off? Not a chance! We skied bumps all day long and boy did we burn some calories.

11.5 miles
11.5 miles this morning. 100 minutes. About a minute/mile off my intended race pace. Started doing speed & hill work. Felt pretty strong. 8 weeks & 1 day to go. The Scarecrow & The Cadaver will be ready.

Good news
Kidney sonogram today. Looks good. Whatever the problem was it's gotten smaller. Wants to see me in a year. No restrictions.
I had to fast for the sonogram. I am unused to fasting (to say the least). I got weak driving to the hospital. It's amazing how important breakfast is to me. So many people habitually skip breakfast. Makes me wonder.
